RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
How to Request a Return To start a return, contact us at info@tebbalpublications.com with your order number and proof of purchase.
Bundle Returns Our bundles include a physical ledger and a digital PDF download. If you are returning a bundle, you are welcome to keep the downloaded PDF at no charge. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned physical item, a full refund of $47.00 will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items Our products are printed and fulfilled through Lulu, a print-on-demand partner. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please take a clear photo and contact us at info@tebbalpublications.com. We will submit a support request to Lulu on your behalf. Please note that slight variance in content shifting or ink color/coverage is normal in the print-on-demand process and does not constitute a defect.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at info@tebbalpublications.com.
Non-Returnable Items Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
